Ready for flight
I was able to snap these photos just minutes before the sky opened up, it has been raining and raining hard since then. I am so glad i got these. Right now I am stalking a couple raccoon that make a nightly pass by our home. They are huge and a bit scary, ( I make sure all my kitties are in at night, and the dogs won't go out in the rain anyway,) I think though that I can get a few shots of them strolling by, They turn our security light on as they stroll through so it would be perfect. Fingers crossed.

At the end of the month Josh picks one blog to highlight and gives the You Tube Tuesday Award to the most imaginative post. Join us now and see how imaginative we can be. Here is mine. Enjoy.

The person says this starts a bit slow but stick to it it gets better. Boy is he right, she is dancing with her 29 yr. old grandson. I was sitting with jaw dropped through it all. I hope you enjoy and are amazed.

My Town in Color

Our community is very late getting Fall colors this year;  I must say that it has been very worth the wait. the reason it was late is because of our late in October warm spell, because of this the leaves are more vibrant than I have ever seen them here. The Combination of the sun, then the cold did something to the sugars making everything explode in color. I hadn't been out in a very long time to photograph anything, I am so glad I did yesterday. We are expecting high winds tonight and will lose a lot of what you see here. I have more I will post in a few days.

Changing What's Real

Changing what's real an event started by:
 anna sides @ http://othersideofanna5.blogspot.com/

For my first contribution I choose a simple photo that was a bit over exposed. I then played with it on Picasa, Piknic, and Windows Live. This is what I came up with; I hope you enjoy. Anna thank you for your continual urging for me to join in the fun, I truly had a great time doing this. I use little or no editing although I have started to use a little airbrushing on portraits and a touch of saturation adjustment on some others.

Zoominess and blur, look close for the little bird in focus

Different framing technics

I don't remember what I did here.

Not sure on this one either, but it was fun.
